Perth City Head Office
This project encompassed a complete office fitout spanning 19 levels. The flooring installation featured access flooring, vinyl sheets and planks, carpet tiles, and CFC. Additionally, floor preparation works were also performed, which included leveling and grinding.
Retirees WA- Salter Point
This project included the complete floor preparation and installation of coverings for a brand new 112-room aged care facility. Flooring solutions were installed throughout all rooms, ensuites, hallways, kitchens, the gymnasium, and common areas. A combination of tiles, carpet, and vinyl was used. The floor preparation process also involved grinding, leveling, moisture testing, and waterproofing.
Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre
This project included the refurbishment of the learn-to-swim pool and the grinding and tiling of a new 10 lane 50m pool. The learn-to-swim pool had its tiles removed, the concrete surface ground down, and then it was retiled. The grandstands and plant rooms were also prepared and coated with epoxy.
MRL Office Building Carpark
This project focused on refurbishing the car park of MRL’s office building. Extensive floor preparation works were conducted across all 5 levels of the car park. This included grinding, scabbling, patching, primer application and bulk fill epoxy. A total area of 33,000m2 was Epoxy coated. Kwikfloor also performed line markings throughout the car park, and carbon fiber strips were installed to reinforce the building's columns
